Twenty-five year old Wei Xihuan is an ex-Sullivan’s Fleet member who now resides in Fox River Valley. Wei Xihuan was born on the Sullivan’s Fleet. On his 8th birthday he was allowed ashore the mainland (not Rock Island) for the first time and he pleaded with his family to move to the land. They never did. His father was a successful merchant and taught Wei the way of the merchants as well. Wei Xihuan showed great promise in his ability to haggle and speak with the customers and other merchants as well. Soon, Wei was traveling on his own from city to city on the caravan. He started in Milwaukee, then to Madison, and before he entered the Dreamers gate, he fell in love with Zolena who he met at her inn. He soon left the fleet after meeting her and is now the innkeeper/barkeeper. His knowledge of the marketplace and his position on the trade route makes him a valuable source of information in this region for the right price. After all, farming isn't overly lucrative. Wei and Zolena are protected by the Dreamers.
